The apartment has wide windows, and it´s composed by two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with Finnish sauna for 4/6 people and a toilette á jour. A nice room with a bunk bed and a sofa bed completes the night area.
In the living room you will find big sofas and a wood fireplace, perfect for relaxing during the cold days in winter or during the stormy evenings in the summer.

Norbert Niederkofler's culinary roots can be traced back to his father in the Valle Aurina, a small valley in the province of Bolzano, where he developed a love of home cooking using local quality products.
Norbert was first taught in Germany, then he moved to Switzerland, to the USA, to Austria and then back to Germany where he was trained by legendary chefs Jörg Müller, Eckart Witzigmann and back in Italy by Nadia Santini.
In 1994 Norbert joined eventually the Rosa Alpina, where he started to renew completely the F&B opening in 1996 the St. Hubertus.
Norbert says of himself: "When I was 18 years of age I had a great goal in mind: "I want to see the world. And I had a second goal, a much more moderate one:
"I want to be a chef. With a lot of discipline I was able to combine both my wishes. I experienced ups and downs. My success is the result of clear ideas and goals, and the fact that I always question myself and try to remain humble. Today, I earn my money by doing what I love doing, since my profession is my hobby and my philosophy of life.

3 GUIDE MICHELIN STARS
The Restaurant St. Hubertus, whose name stands for the patron of the hunters, was opened in 1996. At that time, only a small part of the then-pizzeria was transformed into a tiny restaurant with Norbert Niederkofler as head chef.
The following year the pizzeria disappeared and the restaurant was expanded and refurbished getting its today's look: nine tables in the dining room, one chef's table with a view to the kitchen and one small table at the open fireplace.
In 2000 the efforts were honoured with the first Michelin star.
In 2007, the restaurant was awarded the second Michelin star. In the Michelin Guide 2018 the St. Hubertus has been awarded the Third Michelin Star.

The Wine Bar & Grill is an informal and young restaurant, specialized in grilled meat and vegetables it also offers home made pasta dishes, rich salads and local specialities. The pizza cooked in wood oven fire has become famous in the whole area.
