Winding down a secretive spiral staircase from the Mandarin Bar, guests will discover a wine-cellar “in the sky”.
This unique dining concept will transport diners to an authentic French dining environment. “à table” is based on four-course gourmet menus from the South-West of France, Provence, Burgundy and Alsace.
French table can accommodate 6 to 11 diners. Advance reservations are required.
Dishes like foie gras terrine, cassoulet and choucroute will be served in traditional cast iron or clay pots.
Guests can also delight in imported French butter, olive oil, sea salt and mustard, and “comme chez grand-mère”. Wine recommendations will be available at an additional charge.
