Designed by Martin Brudnizki and Olga Polizzi, the 147 sophisticated rooms in Jeddah benefit from high ceilings, large windows and beautiful furnishings. and short stays, the 94 fully-serviced residential suites in Jeddah are personally designed by Martin Brudnizki and Olga Polizzi. Occupying half of the 16th floor, the 597 m2 Royal Suite is an expansive space. It has three large bedrooms all with en-suites, a formal reception area, a sitting room with a dining table for six, a library and a grand dining room for 14 guests. There’s a separate access to the kitchenette and the maid’s room.
Decorated with bespoke hanging lanterns, silk wall coverings, crackled plaster with gold inlay and original artworks from Saudi Arabian artists, the Royal Suite also has spectacular views of Jeddah.
The thirteenth-floor Ambassador Residential Suites have expansive views of Jeddah. Designed by Martin Brudnizki and Olga Polizzi, each apartment combines the cool feeling of a Middle Eastern interior with bespoke furniture and fabrics in warm, rich colours. There are two seating areas, a large work desk and a dining area with a table for eight guests in the
spacious sitting room and a maid’s room next to the state-of-the-art kitchen. The three double-bedrooms are furnished with king-sized beds; all bedrooms have en-suites, built-in wardrobes and a small desk. Ideal for a small family, the two-bedroom apartments are available for long and short stays. Large windows fill the apartment with natural daylight; the cool limestone floors are covered with handmade rugs. A state-of-the-art kitchen opens onto a dining area with a table for six guests.

Located on the rooftop terrace, Aubergine has colourful, tiled tabletops and comfortable lounge sofas under white awnings. Enjoy Lebanese, Armenian and Turkish dishes, Mediterranean
