The head bartender, Julien, and his team, create their magic right in front of you in their flavour laboratory. Using fresh herbs, house wines and spirits they imagine, create, mix and produce original cocktails to delight you.
Julien’s vision of the bar extended to the composition of his diverse team, consisting of experienced bartenders, mixologists and creative adventurers.
Out of this association was born a cocktail menu to satisfy all requirements, and lovers of spirits will be delighted to find as many pure creations as classics revisited in Les Bains.

The restaurant Les Bains - La Salle-à-Manger - is a chic neo-brasserie, with sensitive and tasteful reminiscences of the legendary restaurant of the Bains Douches. Ceiling domes and rotundas undulate in waves and the rich purple sets off the mahogany tables.
In La Salle-à-Manger, the flavours of the world are revisited with a superb French culinary technical finesse.
The menu follows the seasons and all ingredients are sourced from local and sustainable producers so that quality can be assured.

In 2014, when Jules accepted the responsibility of bringing the bar in Les Bains to life, he seized the opportunity to use his experience and credentials in the service of the art of the drink.
Still in his thirties, this native of the capital travelled the city studying both traditional restaurants and upscale establishments for inspiration.
His vision has guided the creation of the bar, the bringing together of the team and a fabulous cocktail menu.

The music of Les Bains is a hybrid combination between nostalgia and new emotions. Les Bains reinvented themselves through a interdisciplinary programming looking for trends in France and elsewhere. Le Club is the result of a gathering of talents and of the discoveries of musicians seeking inspiration in the service of the new sound "Les Bains", created by and for those who love music.
Les Bains maintain the tradition of a joyful eclecticism thanks to the bouncer at the entrance of the Club and the various DJs ; residents and guests. Le Club, with its swimming-pool and its black and white checkerboard, is a tribute to the glorious period setting of Les Bains. It is also scene for live shows, concerts and events; a universal place. Open from Thursday to Saturday from midnight until dawn.
THE BOUTIQUE DES BAINS
Les Bains is a state of mind and a pool of creation, and it is now possible to take a part of it with you thanks to the Boutique des Bains. This new kind of concept store, with interior design by Les Diplomates, is located at 2 Rue du Bourg l'Abbé, Paris, almost opposite the legendary building itself.
In this space that is somewhere between a boutique, a gallery and a coffee shop, you can now find the world of Bains through special or limited editions and unique pieces in design, fashion, art and music, as well as vintage items.
Much has been created in close association with Thomas Erber (the Cabinet of Curiosities).
