There’s a reason Hemingway found his muse on these islands; local rum was most certainly at play. The inspiration of the Rum Bar is a unique, hand-crafted bar custom-built by architect Eric J. Smith.
Lining the entire side of the alcove bar room, it sits off the living room in the ground level of the 1800 building. The rare rums from around the globe are a perfect nightcap.
Every island house needs an authentic tiki bar and no detail was spared in the creation. A bartender is at the ready from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m to serve your beverage of choice.
