Do I pay the full price for my child(ren)?

Information regarding children is located under ‘Hotel Policies’, please take note of the following:

 

  • - Added costs for children, if any, are not included in the reservation price.
  • - During the online booking process please place your request for any extra bed/cot in the Special Requests box provided.
  • - If you have already booked your room, just click on the link provided in your email confirmation and on My Booking.com to request an extra bed.
  • - We advise calling the hotel prior to arrival to guarantee your request. You will find the hotel contact information in your confirmation email.
  • - You can always contact us to confirm availability, before you book.

Where can I get a VAT invoice?

UniqueLuxury.Travel acts solely as an agent between the customer and the hotel or tour operator, and therefore cannot issue an invoice for a sale made by the hotel or tour operator. Should you require an invoice displaying the VAT paid, this can only be obtained directly from the hotel, which, legally, is the entity that provided the service for you. Of course, through our selection of partners, we always try to ensure that customers receive an invoice at check-out.

However, UniqueLuxury.Travel is first and foremost a portal for leisure travellers, that is why individual hotels may not issue an invoice displaying the VAT for business travel.

What does the UniqueLuxury.Travel Price Guarantee mean?

Our contracting team works hard carefully selecting some fabulous deals. Should you find a price elsewhere that has sneaked away from our radar, please contact us at assist@uniqueluxury.travel and we will renegotiate with our supplier.

How can I see how much it will cost?

Once you have entered the dates of your stay, the available accommodation types are listed, with the rates clearly displayed next to them. You might see that the same accommodation type has a different rate based on how many people are staying, whether or not breakfast is included, and whether or not the reservation can be cancelled.

What does the price include?

“Property highlights” listed under the room type are included in the room price. You can see if breakfast or anything else, such as taxes, are included during the reservation process.

 
 

Can I use discount vouchers (e.g. issued by magazines, shops, etc.)?

You cannot use the vouchers when booking on our website. You will have to follow the procedures described by the organisation issuing the voucher.

Are the prices UniqueLuxury.Travel offers per person or per room?

The price we show is for the room for the entire length of the stay, unless otherwise stated in the room type and description.

 

Are airport transfers included?

They are generally not included in the room rate, unless specified, but the UniqueLuxury.Travel team can arrange transfers for you – just contact us when you make a reservation.
