Taking inspiration from the Island Creek Oyster farm in Duxbury, Island Creek Oyster Bar was designed with a deep sense of community and connection at its core.
Gabion cages filled with tens of thousands of Island Creek oyster shells, reclaimed Wyoming snow fence used to create window shutters and an oversized photograph of Duxbury Bay come together to create a slice of Duxbury in Boston’s Kenmore Square.
The centerpiece of the room is a 25-seat bar that is divided by a daily-changing grand raw bar display that features an extensive list of oysters, as well as lobsters, clams, shrimp and other specialties.
In addition to extensive seafood offerings, menu also features selections “from the land” for the non-seafood eating friends.
