Anran is a country retreat situated in the South West area of Devon; set within rolling hills and stunning countryside you will find a grove of majestic grade 2 listed buildings and an adjacent dairy farm know by the locals as "Tidwell".
The buildings dating back to the 1700′s lay derelict and unoccupied for several years.
In April 2013 the farm was purchased from the church commission of England and a major renovation was undertaken to meticulously restore the property and to convert it to a private residence.
In making this the home and also a place from where the hotel's team can works the hotel's team have not only aspired to create luxurious accommodation and a variety of venue rental options but also moved the photographic and design studio on to the premises.
The hotel's team have also started farming again and are proud to say that the hotel's team have a variety of animals and planted a whole host of fruits and vegetables that are already being harvested.

All the accommodation is spacious and each room has its own individual and distinctive style.
Many of the barn rooms are equipped with fully fitted kitchens and separate living spaces.
Anran has many options for vacation rentals.
You can rent the entire manor which sleeps up to 16 persons and or the barn suites making a total of 30 persons.
The hotel's team have many different configurations to meet your bed and breakfast requirements.

The Conservatory is situated in the Manor House and can accommodate up to 24 persons for a meeting.
Light and spacious its ideal for those wishing to get inspired from the natural surroundings.
The Dairy Kitchen is a mini commercial kitchen where the hotel's team make all the produce on the farm, from chutneys and pickles to jams and honey; it can also be used for a variety
of events from cookery classes and demonstrations or as a support for outside catering and a dinner party with your own private chef.
The Glass House is walled garden that has been converted into a glass house; the locals liken it to a mini "Eden Project" the hotel's team prefers to think of it as the own little micro climate!
Used as a place for cultivation and propagation it also is home to a number of plants and trees that need a more "tropical" environment to succeed.
The space is ideal for a variety of functions and can seat for dinner up to 180 persons.
Being accessible from the road it has excellent access and is ideal for exhibitions or product launches.
The Hut is a converted "Nissen Hut" which dates from the second world war.
Recently renovated it has underfloor heating and is fully insulated; a quirky space with a surprise interior.
"The Hut" has a distinctly underground feel, ideal for everything from meetings to the place for the disco and "after party".
Suitable for conferences up to 80 persons or dinner for 60 persons and for dancing up to 100.
A covered walkway connects it to an outdoor space suitable for a BBQ or outdoor cocktails.
The pool is an ideal place for an event. A large area has been created for a marquee that overlooks the lake.
