Markus Schneider is an experienced chef who has made a name for himself in a number of well-known establishments including Lake Side in Zurich, Astoria in Lucerne, Panoramahotel and Kongresszentrum Fürigen at Bürgenstock and Seerose at Hallwilersee.
He has achieved 15 Gault Millau points. Mr. Schneider started to work at the Seehof at the beginning of June, the start of the summer season.
