Local ingredients fill the menus at Aman Sveti Stefan’s varied dining venues, from the Aman Restaurant to the convivial Piazza and intimate Dining Room at Villa Milocer. Organic vegetables and fruits are accompanied by sea bass,
octopus and rock oysters direct from the Adriatic and pasture-fed beef from the north of Montenegro, as well as a variety of local cheeses, honeys and jams, olive oils and herbs.
Local viticulture and distilleries produce a range of wines and spirits that define the taste of Montenegro. The Vranac Reserve red wine and fiery rakia spirit are two favourites –
the latter goes into the resort’s signature cocktail, along with elderflower extract, grenadine and vanilla.
The open-air piazza is the heart of the island's village setting... Sample local vintages on the sea-facing terraces
of the Enoteca or enjoy preprandials at the convivial Antipasti Bar accompanied by local delicacies.
Complemented by the adjacent Rakija Bar, the Upper Terrace
and Winter Terrace are superb venues for an alfresco event.
A green, fertile country with a range of microclimates, Montenegro's variety of top-quality produce is exceptional. Aman Sveti Stefan’s chef travels to markets and producers
across the country in search of the best ingredients and can share the story behind every item.
Treatments in the nearly 1,600-square-metre spa – which also includes a gym and studios for Pilates and yoga – follow a holistic, personalised approach, incorporating movement, relaxation, therapies and nutrition.
A temple to wellbeing on the mainland’s 32-hectare estate, the spa draws from Montenegro’s more than 650 recognised medical species of herbs and a centuries-old tradition of wild harvesting.
Cleansing and awakening to the senses, scrubs, wraps and baths in the hydrotherapy suites offer full relaxation incorporating the healing power of water.
Beginning with an exfoliation of mint-infused olive oil, wild honey and raw sugar, the skin is cleansed, moisturised and finally calmed with lavender and palmarosa over the course of the massage.
Integrating spa treatments along with movement exercises to build flexibility, strength and endurance, your personalised programme will improve body awareness and movement.
