A magnificent 18th century Georgian house, located in the heart
of the Boyne Valley, less than 5 minutes of the M3 and under 40 minutes from Dublin City centre and Dublin airport.
A property designed originally by Richard Castles for John Preston, this house was once used as a country retreat for the Preston Family, to abscond from the city for the summer months.
Following over 260 years of beautiful history the purpose of Bellinter House remains the same, a retreat from ones daily life.

The guestrooms in Bellinter House are steeped with character, reflecting the unique personality and charm of this property.
Featuring 34 bedrooms, all individually styled this property can sleep up to 90 people with full occupancy.

The East and West Pavilions which line each side of the Main House have 16 rooms between them.
They are snug and cosy, perfectly formed bedrooms with a natural style - exactly what you would expect in a country house.
Some guestrooms have exposed wooden beams; others have views of the rolling Boyne Valley countryside.

The Main House at Bellinter House has five individually designed bedrooms, four original Georgian rooms which comprise of the master suite; The Lady Tara Suite,
The Briscoe Suite, The Castles Suite and The Boyne Suite.
The Main House concludes with one Loft Room which is a modern conversion also located in the Main House.
In the first-floor rooms, through great big sash windows, guests
can happily take in the views of the lush meadows along the banks of the River Boyne.
These rooms are immense wood panelled rooms with extra-large bathrooms.
The Loft bedroom is located on the top floor with a semi-separate living area.

The Ruins host the seven Bathhouse treatment rooms and six very tranquil bedrooms.

There are five duplex rooms in the Stables block and two single storey dwellings called the Lean-To.
Ideal for families & girlie groups, The Stables' comprise of two bedroomed duplex apartments.

keeping with their previous function at Bellinter, that opened out onto a beautiful courtyard.
The Lean-To bedrooms are ideal for two people sharing with huge, luxurious beds and spacious showers.

The Drawing Room and Bar are the heart and soul of the main house.

The Nunnery Suite is so-called due to its unique ceiling features which were adapted into the building during the time when the Sisters of Sion took residence in Bellinter House.
The unique pillars and arched ceilings in the Nunnery makes this
room a very special private option for group dining and is regularly used by groups for afternoon tea and buffets.
The Nunnery Suite can cater for up to 30 people and is a magnificent option for private dining.
The refectory suite is a beautiful large room which offers direct access to the gardens at Bellinter House.
With ceiling to floor glass doors and a patio outside, this room is stunning for any private event.
The Refectory Suite can cater for up to 200 guests and has its own private bar.
