The heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés beats within the walls of the Hotel Bel Ami.
True to the literary tradition of this vibrant Parisian district, stylish relaxation is the order of the day in this contemporary hotel with a welcoming and restful atmosphere.
A lively and warm décor infuses the hotel with the dynamic spirit of Saint-Germain-des-Prés.
Creating a contemporary and elegant setting that caters ideally to the needs of both business and leisure travellers.
A unique theme for each Suite.
"Atelier" Suite: An artist’s studio comes to life under the windows of the former printing works that once occupied this site. The eclectic atmosphere reflects the designer’s inspiration – an imaginary former occupant of the room, a traveller and book lover.
"Saint Germain" Suites: These Suites have an urban feel – “little apartments under the rooftops of Paris”, as the designer enjoys describing them.
The furnishings and architectural details, sliding doors, tables, dressing table and mirror are inspired by the simple shapes of the furniture found in the traditional bookshops of Saint-Germain-des-Prés.
"Creation" Suites: The fashion designer had a desire to “dress” these suites using subtle interactions of materials and colours, blending harmoniously with pure and structured lines extending from the furniture to the headboards and even the mirrors illuminating the bathrooms.
"Private Garden" Suite: Decorated in soft colours and beautiful materials bathed in light, this Suite conveys a contemporary feel of discreetly elegant luxury – creating a personal space in which you very quickly feel at home. The silvery-grey oak and white varnished furnishings coordinate perfectly with the velvet headboards.
Very comfortable bedding (high bed base, thick mattress, mattress topper) comes as standard, together with natural duvets and a selection of pillows.
The Hotel Bel Ami offers a selection of Deluxe rooms, each with its own individual atmosphere, some overlooking the Place Saint-Germain-des-Prés, offering a vista over its famous church.

All renovated in April 2016 by the architect Pascal Allaman, the executives rooms offer a Parisian atmosphere with items of furniture, specially designed as the desk and the oak bedside table with a orange lacquered glass top.
The spirit of the rooms is a very graphic concept referring to calligraphy and the former printing building, now home to the Bel Ami.
All rooms are very quiet and distinguished by a city view or a courtyard view, they are as well equipped with a Nespresso machine and coffee pods.
Certain rooms have communicating doors with the Deluxe room (ideal for families) and have a view on the church of the famous St-Germain-des-Pres place.
