Hermitage Bay’s organic kitchen garden is going from strength to strength having doubled in size since it started, and it's growing crops such as peppers, tomatoes, spinach. callaloo, aubergine (egg plant), okra and cucumbers and herbs such as thyme,
parsley, coriander and basil. Organic gardener, Kempton, is also a supervisor in the restaurant so if you ever want to hear about the project or take a guided tour with him, do please just ask.

You will have the opportunity to see and taste tropical fruits such as ackee, custard apple, sugar apple, soursop, cashew, genip, shaddock, West Indian cherry, guava.
Caribbean deep sea fishing is second to none in the waters off Antigua, with marlin, king fish, wahoo and barracuda all common.
There are two golf courses on island: The Jolly Harbour Golf Club and the Cedar Valley Golf Course.
In nearby Jolly Harbour, there are four floodlit tennis courts and one glass-backed squash court.
The Snorkeling, windsurfing, kayaking, paddle boards, hobie cats and sunfish. The watersports team offers instruction or just general help.
