The nine Executive rooms have a contemporary European feel matched with modern conveniences and amenities. These rooms range in size from 17 sqm to 29 sqm and are located within the main Balfour Hotel building, spread over two floors.

The one bedroom Balfour Suites are the newest rooms located in the Simla building, a separate building to the main hotel and are as spacious as they are luxurious.
Designed to reflect the art deco style of the building, they are 38 sqm in size and feature a spacious bedroom, separate sitting area and ensuite, luxury amenities, a collection of coffee table books, mini-bar, working desk and all of the modern conveniences you would expect in a five star hotel.

JORDAN CLAVARON, THE BALFOUR KITCHEN
Jordan started his career in Paris, working his way through Michelin Star restaurants before deciding to settle permanently in Brisbane in 2013.
His passion for local produce comes from working alongside his Father for many years; a passionate Michelin Star Chef himself.
Some of Jordan's earliest memories are being in the kitchen next to his father learning the basics of French Cuisine.
Jordan now focuses on creating a stylish seasonal menu showcasing the freshest produce delivered daily. His menu derives from classic dishes, twisted into modern favourites and is ever changing with the wonderful variety of locally grown items available here in Queensland.

Each property has its own take on self-provision from a huge variety of herbs at Spicers Clovelly Estate to the bees and homemade honey at Spicers Peak Lodge as well as developing 89 garden beds at Spicers Hidden Vale.
Working closely with local producers, who are considered part of the Spicers family, including a number of farm suppliers who are now working directly with the chefs to create bespoke produce for each season and menu, is a fundamental part of Spicers culinary philosophy.
