Signature bush dinner is laid out in a sheltered glade on the edge of a lush green swamp, where troops of elephants congregate.
Arriving after an evening game drive, guests are greeted with sundowners before being seated for a traditional safari supper of flame-cooked meat and fish, accompanied by starters, salads, vegetables and puddings.
This memorable meal is lit by lanterns and warmed by a campfire. A comprehensive selection of wines and beers will be offered as well. Children over the age of 12 are welcome.
