Terms and conditions

UniqueLuxury.Travel (this Website) is a booking agent for the hotel(s) aimed to assist customers in gathering travel information, determining the availability of travel-related services, making legitimate reservations or otherwise transacting business with travel suppliers, and for no other purposes. 

 

As a condition of your use of this Website, you warrant that:

  • you are at least 18 years of age;

  • you possess the legal authority to make a binding legal obligation;

  • you will use this Website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;

  • you will only use this Website to make legitimate reservations for yourself or another person on whose behalf you are legally authorized to act;

  • you will inform such other persons about the Terms and Conditions that apply to the reservations you have made on their behalf, including all rules and restrictions applicable thereto;

  • all information supplied by you on this Website is true, accurate, current and complete; and

  • if you have a UniqueLuxury.Travel account, you will safeguard your account information and will supervise and be completely responsible for any use of your account by you and anyone other than you.

 

We retain the right at our sole discretion to deny access to anyone to this Website and the services we offer, at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of these Terms and Conditions. 

Conditions of purchase

Kindly note, that by purchasing an item via uniqueluxury.travel, you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

 

We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of the website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the internet, this cannot be guaranteed in every case. Also, your access to the website may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.

Making a booking, you are entering into a contract with the hotel via UniqueLuxury.Travel, not with UniqueLuxury.Travel itself.

 

UniqueLuxury.Travel takes your credit card number for all bookings and forwards it securely to the hotel to guarantee the reservation.

 

When you receive options for requested availability, the rooms are not held until the customer accepts. We recommend customers to accept the offer as soon as possible after receipt in order to make a firm booking. You will be notified by email within 24 hours whether your booking has been successful. It is your responsibility to contact UniqueLuxury.Travel if a confirmation email has not been received.

 

Any advance deposits, additional fees or charges will always be clearly marked before you confirm your booking. Once paid, these additional charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be made by the same method used to pay for the booking. Any payment made by credit card will be returned to that card.

Cancellations and no-shows

Once the booking is confirmed, you are subject to the terms and conditions of that hotel’s cancellation policy in all of the cases.

 

Cancellation policies of the hotels may outline a period before check-in when cancellations will be subject to payment of a penalty. This period does not include the day of arrival. For instance, a cancellation policy of ‘24 hours’ means a reservation must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the hotel's stated check-in time on the day before arrival to avoid the penalty. Any cancellations or changes to the bookings must be made by emailing or calling UniqueLuxury.Travel team as soon as possible.

 

If you do not cancel or change your reservation before the cancellation policy period applicable to the hotel you reserved, which varies by hotel prior to your date of arrival, you will be subject to a charge of applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges and service fees. In the event you do not show up for the first night of the reservation and plan to check-in for subsequent nights in your reservation, you must confirm the reservation changes with UniqueLuxury.Travel.

 

You agree to pay any cancellation or change fees that you incur. In limited cases, some hotels do not permit changes to or cancellations of reservations after they are made, as indicated in the Terms and Conditions and restrictions for the hotel reservation. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions imposed with respect to your hotel reservations.
